Sarnain Balaramen, a former driver 42, has won the case before the Supreme Court in a trial that he was instituting to another driver, namely Sanjay Kumar Pazal. Tuesday, the judge has ordered Devianee Beesoondoyal Sanjay Kumar Pazal to pay the plaintiff damages of Rs 1.5 million. Sarnain Balaramen was amputated right foot following a traffic accident that occurred July 17, 2000 at Solitude. Accident involved a truck driven by Sanjay Kumar Pazal.The complainant stated suffer the consequences of the accident due to the negligent conduct of the defendant. It can not work due to his health.
