Have you ever wanted a French car that was shaped like a belouvered photon torpedo and was only available in a video game? Well, we've got great news, because Renault has joined the Vision Gran Turismo movement.
Much like Chevrolet's VGT car, though, Renault is looking not to one of its current models, but to a nameplate that's long been associated with it.
This is the Renault Alpine Vision Gran Turismo Concept, and you aren't really supposed to be seeing it just yet. A French publication acquired the image shown above ahead of its official debut at Festival Automobile International in Paris, at the end of this month.
Of course, details are very scarce, although as our friends at World Car Fans point out, eagle-eyed observers will spot design themes that were first previewed on Renault's Eolab concept and the Nissan GT-R-powered RS 01.
