Singer Gazelle V of Hillman/Rootes Group
Year 1965, classified and registered as vintage car in Mauritus (Road tax Rs 1000/yr instead of Rs 4000, Car registration at Rs 1000 instead of Rs 8000 and Insurance Rs 3100/yr instead of Rs 8000). Much lower running cost than a non registered vintage car! Proposed price: Rs 85000
Car is in good structural and mechanical condition. Lots of work has been done on the brake lines, suspension, oil seals, rubber hoses, column gear mechanism etc.
Front grill, chrome bumpers and rear light has been changed with original one from another Singer car.
Column gear change (Vitesse lor volant). White steering wheel.
Car just needs a new paint to become an eye catcher.
Very good and powerful A15 engine (50% more power than the original engine!).
All papers are in order.
