INVITATION TO TENDER SALE OF CAR:

The Competition Commission invites tenders for the sale of one corporate vehicle.
1. The vehicles may be viewed during office hours on appointment only (Tel: 211 2005)
2. Tenders in sealed envelopes, clearly marked ''Tender for Car'' on the left-hand corner and addressed to the Head, Corporate Services should be deposited in Tender Box 1 of the Competition Commission, located at 10th Floor, Henessy Court, Pope Henessy Street, Port Louis, by 15hrs30 on 09 May 2024 at latest.
3. Tenders must be accompanied by a banker's cheque representing 5% of the tender value.
4. Upon acceptance of the offer, the tenderer shall be informed and the banker's cheque will immediately be realized.
5. The sale must be the finalized within 21 days of acceptance of the offer, otherwise the banker's cheque shall be forfeited.
6. Cheques accompanying offers which have not been accepted will be returned to the unsuccessful tenderers.
7. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
8. Tenders should be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date.
9. The Competition Commission does not bind itself to accept any tender received, nor will it assign any reason whatsoever for the rejection of any tender.

Staff of the Competition Commission is not allowed to participate in this tender exercise.
