370HP Hyundai Veloster Turbo for SEMA
The most powerful street-focused Veloster Turbo ever made is coming to Vegas.

Hyundai is coming fully loaded to SEMA this month. It’s already announced a pair of modified Genesis Coupes – one with a pretty body kit, the other with 1,000 horsepower – and now the Korean carmaker has revealed a 370-hp Veloster Turbo that could well be the most impressive Veloster to have ever graced the aftermarket show. Developed with Fox Marketing Cars, Hyundai is calling its creation the most powerful Veloster Turbo ever built thanks to the heavy modification of the car’s 1.6-liter turbo-four.

Goodies include a bigger turbo and front-mounted intercooler, optimized ECU, aluminum cold air intake, AEM water/merthanol injection system, cat-back exhaust, and Nitrous Express N-Tercooler sprayer. That additional 169 hp is kept in check with a full-adjustable coilover suspension, strut brace, sway bars, and upgraded brakes that offer “neck-wrenching stopping power.” A styling kit includes a front lip spoiler and revised grille, while inside the Veloster Turbo is fitted with Takata racing seats, four-point harnesses and custom steel bases. The car will be on show at SEMA from November 5th, and will be joined by the aforementioned Genesis Coupes and an EGR Group Veloster Turbo.
