A cement mixer backward
Spectacular crash on Saturday morning in the grounds of Loreto College of Saint-Pierre. A sold sinks under the weight of the cement mixer which, at that time, proceeded to pour a slab. The machine was left on the side. The driver of the machine was injured and taken to hospital.
A hit & run that injured two
An accident involving two cars has been registered on the highway between Calabash and Terre-Rouge in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to the testimony that the driver has recorded in the police station in Terre Rouge, another car was broke before taking flight. Following this collision, the car rolled over several times.
Two women, aged 22 and 24, were on board and had to be taken to hospital for treatment. The license plate of the fleeing car was found at the scene. The police may have had contact the suspect, but to their surprise, he was not at home when the officers have landed. A police investigation is ongoing.
