Arrested For a Fine Already Paid

He had not presented his driver's license when he was on a moped, February 1, 2011, at the Pamplemousses Road, St. Croix.

He was prosecuted for "failing to Produce Driving Licence or photocopy year whilst riding autocycle. " According to him, he appeared in court in Port-Louis October 6, 2011. He said he paid Rs 500 or Rs 400 to Rs 100 as fine and costs of the court record, October 7 at 10:19. 

The case was not surprising until Mohamad Fazil Peerbux be convened a month or this month, for the fine already paid. He received a letter similar to the first with the same file number for the same load. 

The meeting is for Thursday in court in Port-Louis. 

The young man does not understand this double appointment for an offense for which he pleaded guilty and paid a fine.
