BMW "M4" Towing Matching "M4" Trailer Is a Glitch in the Matrix

Of course, this isn't the first time when an owner loves his car so much that he chops the engine compartment off an identical vehicle to make a trailer out of it (more on this below).

Then again, this shenanigan apparently caters to multiple fetishes.

For one thing, these BMWs might just trick a few gear heads into believing they're looking at the M4 Gran Coupe. Obviously, this is a body style that never received the full-fat M treatment, even though it should.

Fortunately, it looks like the German automotive producer might just build an M4 GC on the platform of the upcoming M3, but this is another story for another time.

These Bimmers have been properly stanced, with their fat arches now accommodating custom wheels with generous lips, which, of course, come with visible negative camber.

Keep in mind that this BMW "train" has been spotted in Taiwan and social media is currently on a quest to find the owner. After all, we want to see more of this, since the clip in the Instagram post at the bottom of the page onle delivers a glance at the project.

As for the reason behind the build, there are multiple theories. So perhaps the driver crashed his original build and decided to make lemonade. Or maybe, as the roof storage on both cars suggests, he simply needed the extra storage.
