Engine fire melts beloved supercar in minutes.
It’s unclear what caused this sorry sight, but there’s no doubt this Audi R8 is toast (pun intended). Reports on the ground say the German supercar suddenly burst into flames on a busy road in central Bangkok, Thailand, with the fire unsurprisingly starting from the engine compartment. Thankfully, no-one was injured, but there’s no way back for the R8. It’s going to supercar heaven. Or, given its Buddhist surrounds, perhaps it will be reincarnated as a Hyuara.
