The crashed bus examined by the FSL
Experts from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) examined on Thursday, the bus crashed at Plaine-Champagne Wednesday morning. Different parts of the vehicle, including mechanical parts, have been thoroughly analyzed.

A report will be initiated by the police for purposes of scientific investigation, led by Sergeant Poolicooty under the supervision of the Inspector of Police Taujoo Black River.

One of the wounded, admitted to Princess Margaret Orthopaedic Center (CIP) at Candos, has been allowed to return home. Thirteen others were wounded are still in PMOC and four others were admitted to hospital in Flacq. Their health improves.

The spectacular crash happened on Wednesday afternoon, which injured 51, including the driver of the bus. The vehicle belonging to the National Transport Corporation, as special road, headed straight for a hedge of bamboo, finishing in a ravine, up the Domaine Saint-Denis, Plaine-Champagne, as the brakes not work.

The passengers, mostly those belonging to an association of the third age, were injured.
