A doctor's car stolen at Rose-Hill

He had parked his black Honda Civic outside his door, and descended to open his garage by leaving its key contact in the car. However, he noticed that a car was following him. But at the time where he opened the door of the garage, two people fell of the other car for him fly his own. A testimony was recorded at Rose-Hill police station.
