Ferrari and Lamborghini make supercars with all-wheel drive, but you wouldn't take one off-road, right? Of course not. And by the time token, you wouldn't take a Ducati off-road either, would you?
Well, the guys at Portland-based Ducati dealer MotoCorsa would beg to differ. They were heading out to ride some remote countryside in Southeastern Oregon, but instead of taking their Multistrada, which Ducati designed to handle mixed road surfaces, they looked at their new 1199 Panigale S and thought, 'Why not?' So they fitted a set of knobby Continental TKC80 off-road tires on a fresh set of rims, coaxed some extra travel and ground clearance out of the suspension, swapped out the exhaust and painted the whole thing matte green.
