The road has claimed another victim. A car crashed Monday, 18 March, a parapet on the freeway in Phoenix. The car was heading towards Camp Fouquereaux.
The driver, a resident of Rose Hill, aged 23, succumbed to his injuries. A passenger, who was in the car, was slightly injured.
Police opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
