Fatal accident in Quatre-Bornes: sadness and anger as relatives of Padmowtee Ramloll

Victim of a terrible car accident, Padmowtee Ramloll, 62 had a terrible end, this Tuesday, Aug. 16. The sixties was violently cut short by a van on the walkway, near the offices of DCDM at Quatre-Bornes.
