A feast of the Assumption which turns to tragedy - he lost control of his motorcycle and drowned in a river

This young man, keen on motorbikes, have lost control of his vehicle came to rest in the river course. An autopsy by the medical examiner, Dr. Monvoisin, attributed the death to drowning. Police in Quatre-Bornes opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of this tragedy.

"There are changes to make." Anthony was referring to that time, at its newly acquired motorcycle. "He had bought the vehicle on Thursday. He had told me he had a brake problem," recalls his mother, Priscilla, who can not contain her tears.  Sunday, around 15 hours, Anthony asked her to iron his clothes before leaving the home. These will be the last words she hears of his son. The tragedy occurred at about 17:30.

According to preliminary information gathered, the young man who loved playing football, traveling at Basin Road when he lost control of his craft. He could not stop in time and struck a tree before ending his race in the River. He did not survive. A few days earlier, the eldest son of three Priscilla had told him not to let his younger brother 17 years to take the moped. "You might lose your life!" He started to his mother. 

"Since the purchase of his moped, he could not enjoy it, because on Friday it had rained heavily. He could take a ride on Saturday before the drama does come upon us the next day," she continues.

Anthony had a head full of projects. "He wanted to marry next year. He had even started building his new house," says the mother. However, the young man will not see their dreams and ambitions take shape. "His life has been sadly short-lived, 'says a friend. There were many to come to his home on Monday to pay their last respects.
