According to The Telegraph, the duck was on display in front of the Peter Vardy CarStore near the Braehead shopping center west of Glasgow when high winds uprooted it. The duck then careened down the M8, bouncing over cars and stopping traffic. Employees at an Audi dealership across the street caught the shocking duck rampage on video. The New York Post reports that no one was hurt in the incident, but the current whereabouts of the duck are unknown.
This isn't the first time this month that a city was terrorized by a giant inflatable. A couple of weeks ago, a large balloon painted up like the moon was blown from its ropes by super-typhoon Meranti in Fuzhou, China. Once free, the moon balloon bounded through the city both delighting and terrorizing the citizenry.
