All-electric variant of Kia's cool urban crossover will be rolled out in 2014.
Following the unveiling of the all-new 2014 Soul at the New York Auto Show, these spy images demonstrate Kia is hard at working preparing an EV variant of the box-on-wheels.
Kia World is reporting the Soul EV will have a global presence and be sold in the US, Europe and China.
The battery will be good for a 124-mile single charge and while there’s no info on the power of the electric engine, top speed is said to be 87 mph and 0-100 km/h comes in at under 12 seconds.
The Kia Soul EV will go on sale next year priced from around $25,000.
