Manslaughter: Six-Month Sentence for Young Drunk Driver
This is a signal from Court to reckless drivers. Yesterday, Magistrate Vijay Appadoo, serving intermediate court condemned Adam Agib Cadinouche to six months in prison.

He pleaded guilty in court, under the three counts: driving while intoxicated, reckless manslaughter and failing to assist a person in danger. The license of the young man was canceled. And he can not get one for two years. It will also pay two fines totaling Rs 20,000.

In its ruling, the judge said he considered several options for punishment, especially Adam Agib Cadinouche apologized and explained that he was unable to travel to Switzerland for university studies.
