Moto Guzzi MGX-21 Prototype is a Custom Cruiser We Actually Want
Motorcycle manufacturers, take note: If you want to attract a younger audience to your cruiser-style motorcycles, this is the way to do it.

The bike we're referring to is the Moto Guzzi MGX-21 prototype that was displayed at the 2014 EICMA Show in Italy, a heavily customized version of the Italian marque's California 1400 platform.

Decked out in a mostly monochromatic carbon fiber scheme with just a few bright red highlights, the MGX-21 offers a pretty mean look that is quite different than anything rolling out of Milwaukee or Japan. There's a restrained cowl at the front, and sweeping rear bodywork that covers the wheel and might even offer a little bit of storage space.

A carbon fiber disc wheel up front measuring 21 inches in diameter leads the way, and we'd expect plenty of off-the-line grunt from the big, cylinders-in-the-air V-Twin that Moto Guzzi is famous for.
