Moto dealers, moto clubs, tuning shops, tuning clubs and accessories shops participated in the two-day show. The expo focussed on the specifics of motorcycle and tuning. It comprised of various demonstrations and also provided information about moto brands and services.
A 5,000 m2 show space was attributed exclusively for the expo. The public was also able to experience extreme styling perfected by the tuning pros.
Commenting on the expo, managing director of the HEAT Agency, Kit Acheemootoo stated that the HEAT Tuning & Moto Expo 2012 is inspired by the biggest tuning show worldwide and aims to make the Mauritian moto and tuning world accessible to everyone. This is the first edition of the moto and tuning expo. It was launched on Friday in the presence of the minister of Finance and Economic Development, Xavier Duval.
