Motorcyclist died hit by a bus

The road was once more deadly.Goondun Balakrishna (47 years), better known as Sivom, left far too early for those who knew him. On Tuesday, the resident of Montagne-Longue was hit by a bus on the road to Royale à Grande-Rosalie while he was on a motorcycle. He was taken to hospital at North where his was dead shortly after.
The bus driver took the breath test which proved negative. He appeared Wednesday in court Pamplemousses where a provisional charge of manslaughter was brought against him.
Goondun family is awaiting the outcome of the investigation to find out what really happened. According to Sivom's brother: "What happened remains unclear. But we let the police do their job." Yet on that fateful day, the operator of the Cargo Handling Corporation (CHC) was at work around 15 hours.
The accident occurred around 13 hours while driving towards Flacq on Route Royale à Grande-Rosalie. According to information Le Defi Quotidien, the bus was at high speed towards Flacq when it hit the motorcycle of forty on the left flank. The latter found him on the pavement a few yards away. When rescuers arrived, Sivom suffered multiple injuries and had to succumb shortly after.
His sister still remembers the last time she saw him alive: "The day before the accident, Sivom came to visit us, my husband and me. He said he was approached to undertake without saying more."
For a close friend of the victim, Bala Tandrayen (60 years), who had known him for over thirty years, his disappearance was "unacceptable."He still wonders why fate has decided as follows: "He was very kind. He had taken courses and sometimes officiated in the temple town."
Ironically, for some time, Sivom wanted to buy a suv. Indeed, on Monday, he went to meet someone who wanted to sell his 4x4. According to his brother, Sivom said that "motorcycle too dangerous."
