Palmar Beach: Forbidden Access to Vehicles Soon
After the erosion problem occurred on the beach of Mont-Choisy, the authorities soon prohibit vehicle access on the beach of Palmar also. To know that this public beach is one of the largest and busiest in the country.

The closure of the beach to vehicular traffic is on a long list of measures to be introduced in order to protect the beaches severely affected by erosion. According to a source from the Beach Authority, Palmar begin work once they Mont Choisy completed.

Moreover, a parking area is currently under construction in Mont Choisy. It can accommodate between 500 and 700 vehicles. Once the work is completed, even merchants beaches circulating vehicles will not have access to the beach. This policy will also apply to Palmar. The goal is to reduce the erosion of our beaches.
