There are Countaches and then there are Countaches, this would be the latter. The Lamborghini Countach was in production for quite some time, and during that time there existed many different versions and special editions.

Some of the more desirable of these are the LP 400S versions, but by far the most valuable are the Series I cars, of which only 50 units were built. These were the first of the Countach line to have the bigger Pirelli tires, wrapped around signature gold Campagnolo Bravo wheels.

These wheels sat under newly enlarged wheel flares, a design touch which many LP 400 buyers loved so much they had their cars retrofitted with them. The 375-horsepower 4-liter V12 remains largely the same, save for the larger two-barrel Weber 45 DCOE carburetors, of which there are six. This particular car, in Tahiti Blue, was the second-to-last US-spec LP 400S Series I made, and the third-to-last worldwide. It is being auctioned by RM Auctions, who recently sold another 1979 LP 400S Series I for just over a million dollars. This one comes with the original tool kit, collectors love that stuff.
