The second phase of the Ring Road will ease traffic congestion, as drivers have the option to take this road Vallée Pitot to reach Sorèze instead of going through the capital.
The cost of the second phase is higher than the first. It is argued that the sum of Rs 3.5 billion has already been disbursed, but it was only towards the end of the building that will the actual cost.
