A normal Smart Fortwo isn’t much use to bands, unless said band is made up of a lone harmonica player or a duo that beatboxes over a drum machine. However, the Smart Forgigs, created by JBL, could change all that.
Smart calls it a "concert hall on wheels," and that could be due to the five amps crammed into the city car. All told there’s 5700 watts of power on tap, which should be more than enough for struggling artists to get the attention of passersby.
As you’d expect this is a one-off creation. It’s designed to promote Smart’s sound system partnership with JBL. Although you can't buy it there is a chance you'll see it in the wild when it tours Europe this summer.
