What’s waiting for 2011 from Nissan?
What will be new in Nissan's for 2011

Continuing the list of new car for 2011, let’s see what Nissan is going to sell.

Nissan 370ZFor the 2011 model year Nissan's iconic sports car has only two changes: A rearview monitor in the Navigation package (370Z Touring) and one additional exterior color called Gun Metallic. Roadsters will now be offered with an optional full-size spare tire.

Nissan AltimaAltima gets Special Edition version in next year. It will consist of auto on/off headlamps, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, alloy wheels, foglights and a rear spoiler — on 2.5 CVT (continuously variable transmission) styles. Both sedan and hybrid styles will be available in three new exterior colors: Brilliant Silver, Metallic Slate and Saharan Stone. All three styles (sedan, coupe and hybrid) will add Bluetooth hands-free calling as a stand-alone feature. The coupe will be offered in two new exterior colors: Brilliant Silver and Metallic Slate.

Nissan Armada Nissan renamed two of the Armada's three trim levels for 2011. The SE will be the SV and the Titanium becomes the SL. More considerable changes take in the 2.937:1 final-drive ratio being common to all two-wheel-drive styles and the maximum towing capacity of two-wheel-drive styles increasing to 3720kg. Maximum towing capacity of four-wheel-drive models is now 2950kg. Moreover there is one new exterior color (Espresso Black) and one new interior color (Almond).

Nissan Cube The Cube gets a fresh Secure Digital (SD) card-based navigation system with a 5-inch color touchscreen. The system includes XM NavTraffic and USB connectivity when part of the SL Favourite package on the 1.8 S Krom Edition. XM Satellite Radio is a standard on this style too. Golden Ginger changes Moss Green as the Cube's new-for-2011 exterior color.

Nissan Frontier For 2011 model slight adjustments has been made –styles and wheelbase availability and only insignificant changes to the pickup's equipment and characteristics. New styles are the Frontier S Crew Cab short wheelbase and PRO-4X Crew Cab with a six-speed manual. The LE King Cab and SV Crew Cab long-wheelbase models have been removed.

Nissan Juke A new model for 2011, the Juke is Nissan's go in into the ambiguous compact hatchback/crossover market. Powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged direct-injected four-cylinder engine generating 188 horsepower and 177 pound-feet of torque, the Juke offers ample power in a little five-door package. All-wheel-drive and front-drive versions are offered, as are two transmissions: a CVT (AWD only) and a six-speed manual.

Nissan GT-RThe GT-R Premium is now the only model accessible with the exclusion of the base GT-R. Other changes, with wildly unimportant additions such as darker wheel center caps, mean Nissan is betting the more powerful 2012 GT-R will be the focus of most enthusiasts' attention going forward. Other changes: double clearcoat on the front and rear fascias, cooling ducts to aid cooling of the rear floor, stiffer rear suspension bushings, standard auto on/off headlamps, speed-sensitive wipers and a USB iPod interface. Electronic upgrades include standard streaming audio via Bluetooth and DVD playback, plus XM NavTraffic and NavWeather capability included in the navigation system.

Nissan Leaf All-new for 2011, Nissan's all-electric Leaf offers a claimed 160-km range (EPA indicates 120 miles) and four to eight-hour charge times from a 220-volt outlet (30 minutes using a quick-charging station). The Leaf is supposed to accelerate to 50 kmph quicker than an Infiniti G37 thanks to its 80-kilowatt electric motor and 24 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. Two styles are offered — SV and SL.

Nissan Maxima Nissan won't confess that the Maxima's dark chrome grille and smoked headlights on Sport models are unimportant. The new rolled edge on the Maxima's tailpipe finisher is also obviously insignificant but completely fun to say. Sport models feature a metallic center stack and door pulls along with shiny gray interior stitching and something called a "metallic automatic transmission finisher" in case you'd like your automatic transmission finished metallically. Three new exterior colors: Brilliant Silver, Metallic Slate and Pearl White.

Nissan Murano A new trim level, the Murano SV, includes a dual-panel power moonroof, 7-inch color monitor, rearview camera, eight-way power driver seat, USB input for iPods, XM Satellite Radio, auto on/off headlamps and Bluetooth. S, SV and SL styles get a new 18-inch alloy wheel design. LE styles will propose a new center stack and wood grain hue, while the Murano SL adds a heated steering wheel and auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass and HomeLink Universal Transceiver. All Muranos will get a new front grille and bumper design as well as white instrument panel illumination. There's also one new exterior color: Graphite Blue.

Nissan Pathfinder For 2011 Nissan is introducing the Silver Edition, which includes 17-inch wheels and body-color side moldings with chrome inserts. There's a Bose premium audio system with 10 speakers, XM Satellite Radio and Bluetooth, as well as keyless start and entry. The interior benefits from a four-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, heated front seats and full leather upholstery. It's accessible in two- or four-wheel drive with a V6 and a five-speed automatic transmission. The Pathfinder SV replaces the previous SE style and there's one new exterior color: Espresso Black.

Nissan Sunny Using the well-known “Sunny” name in China, in January 2011 this new auto’s generation will launched at China market first. Combining the proven Nissan 1.5-liter HR15DE engine with dual injectors and a new-generation Xtronic CVT with an auxiliary transmission, Sunny proposes ease in handling for city driving.

Nissan Quest Fully redesigned for 2011, the Quest is back in step with the rest of the players in the minivan segment when it comes to size. Its 118.2-inch wheelbase and 68.1-inch track width compare favorably with the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. Power comes from Nissan's 3.5-liter V6 rated at 235 hp, but premium fuel is required to achieve this performance. Nissan's CVT is the only transmission option. The Quest is offered only as a seven-passenger model (there's no bench option in the second row), but the second-row seats recline, move fore and aft, fold and can be removed. Maximum cargo volume is 148 cubic feet.

Nissan Xterra PRO-4X style replaces the Off-Road style for 2011 and the Xterra S 4x4 6MT style is new to the lineup. An S style gets body-side molding, and two new exterior colors are available: Lava Red and Metallic Green.

Nissan X-trail The exterior upgrade is concentrated mostly around the front end, which now sports a revised bumper, updated headlamp surrounds. The X-trail is presented with an option of 2,0-litre petrol (102 kW/198 N.m) or 2,0-litre turbo diesel (110 kW/320 N.m) motors, as well as a 2,5-litre petrol (125 kW/226 N.m). Both 2.0-litre motors are offered with a six-speed manual gearbox on XE models, as is the SE’s 2.5-litre. The top-range LE offers an automatic transmission with its turbo diesel unit, while the petrols are mated with a CVT box.
