Many of our readers will likely be too young to remember the crying Indian from the anti-litter PSA of the early Seventies (although they might know the more recent episode of The League which parodied it). But no matter, those committed to stopping litter have a new hero, and she lives in Russia. The video is shot from the motorcyclist’s helmet cam as she rides around, spotting people throwing trash out of their car windows and holding them accountable.
Some of what she does might seem a bit extreme, but littering is inexcusable, and we have little sympathy for those who do it.
