This $250 Million Mansion Comes With A Car Collection Worth $30 Million
A cool $250 million gets you a massive mansion along with a Pagani, Bugatti and a Ferrari 488.

If you've got a spare $250 million and want to buy yourself both a new house and car collection then 924 Bel Air Road is the listing for you. CNBC broke the story on the property, which is the most expensive house listed for sale in the US. It is 38,000 square feet and comes with its own bowling alley, movie theater and helicopter. But what caught our eye is the $30 million in cars included with the house. Said models include a Pagani Huayra, Rolls-Royce Dawn, Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport and a 1936 Mercedes-Benz 540K. All told the house comes with 12 cars and 10 motorcycles. That figure of $30 million may be a bit high, though. We're thinking it's more in the range of $20 million-ish. Still, that's a damn impressive collection!

If you're wondering who lives at 924 Bel Air Road, the answer is no one. Uber-rich developer Bruce Makowsky built this 12-bedroom palace of excess in the hopes of finding someone to drop a quarter of a billion dollars on it. While that's a lot for "just a house" remember all the extras you get. Aside from the cars and helicopter there are also fine art pieces lining the walls, an 85-foot infinity pool and the promise of a full staff of seven (featuring a chef, chauffeur and masseuse) paid for by Makowsky for two years. That's all well and good, but we want to know is if—money aside—you'd by this house strictly for the cars.
