Strike at Fuel Stations Suspended
Because of intervention of the Prime Minister that the Petrol Retailers Association suspended the slogan of strike in service stations, originally scheduled for Monday. A meeting at the Ministry of Commerce will take place in the morning.

The strike in the fuel stations will not take place this Monday, May 13, 2013. This was decided by the Petrol Retailers Association in last night, "the intervention of the Prime Minister" . According Bhanoo Seegobin, president of the association, Navin Ramgoolam convinced them to call off the strike.

The meeting between the association of managers of service stations is scheduled at 11:30 am on Monday, the Ministry of Commerce to try to find a solution. However, the supply of gas to certain service stations may be disturbed in the morning.
