BMW 1M Coupe drifts atop tallest helipad in the world
Faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound? Well, maybe not quite, but the 2012 BMW 1 Series M Coupe is definitely fast and powerful. And now it's been spotted atop one particularly tall building.

The building in question, the U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles, stands 1,018 feet tall, making it the tallest building in California and the tenth tallest in the United States. For the purposes of the BMW marketing machine, the fact that it is the tallest building in the world topped with a helipad is its most important attribute.

As you'll see in the video, BMW decided it would be appropriate to film (or at least use darn near perfect computer generated imagery to make it look like it filmed) its 1M Coupe drifting in a fine arc atop the circular helipad. We don't know why, but we don't really care.
