Clarkson Supporters Deliver Petition to BBC in a Tank
In a media spectacle that actually looks like a segment from Top Gear, Jeremy Clarkson supporters drove a tank to BBC headquarters in London to deliver a petition asking to reinstate the suspended host.

ccording to Business Insider UK, the stunt was spearheaded by a political blog called Guido Fawkes. The site collected a million signatures voicing support for Clarkson, and the tank also carried the banner "Bring Back Clarkson." Someone dressed as The Stig was even standing out of the top hatch with arms crossed.

The BBC announced Clarkson's suspension on March 10 "following a fracas with a BBC producer," according to the network. The Top Gear host allegedly punched the other person because there was no food prepared after a long day of filming. For now, the BBC also stopped broadcasting the show and possibly canceled the current season. The Beeb recently posted an update where it said that the evidence was being considered and a report would go to the Director-General next week.

Below you can watch a Vine and a clip of the tank slowly rolling through London. Whether this kind of stunt helps Clarkson's cause is hard to say, but it's certainly fun to watch.
