We normally associate these kinds of failures with Russia. However this particular mishap took place in Shoreview, Minnesota, where a man was attempting to install a pool himself. He hired out a crane operator to lift the extremely heavy load over his house and gently lay it to rest in the backyard. Unfortunately, things don't quite go to plan because the pool was too large for the crane. Disaster ensues as the machine is lifted up onto its back tires, with the cabin 20 feet in the air.
The house lost its chimney and the roof over the garage was decimated. Ouch. Have a look for yourself.
In order to qualify as a genuine Russian fail it needs to have some flair. In Mother Russia it takes a German tank to make things real. And real it gets.
