Drivemotion Animator Gives Your Rear Window Something to Say
Have you ever wanted to say what you mean to a fellow driver but couldn't? If a foul, one-fingered gesture is too limiting, the new Drivemotion Animator can open up your options.

It's an electronic device with an LED-light screen that attaches to the rear window via a suction cup, displaying preset or custom messages and animations to get your point across to the driver behind you. The Animator's software is 75 percent complete, and it has a Kickstarter page to help fund bulk purchases of the materials needed to make it. Drivemotion will hold true to its pledge to build it if at least $20,000 is raised by Nov. 21.

While a previous Animator (which is still available) came equipped with only preset messages and animations, the new one allows users to plug it into their computers via a USB port and program custom animations and messages in any language, according to Drivemotion. It can handle up to 15 frames per animation.

A remote control allows users to pick the message they want to display, and, yes, it's even possible to show a LED middle finger. Check out the video below to get a taste of how the Animator can enhance your time on the road.
