Dubai Police Adds Lexus RC F to Supercar-Heavy Patrol Fleet
With a 450-hp 5.0-liter V8, the RC F is actually one of the tamest members of the police force's patrol fleet. For any other police force in the world, a Lexus RC F would be an amazing addition to their collection.
However, regular readers will be familiar with the Dubai Police’s impressive patrol fleet that includes a Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin One-77, Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari FF, and Nissan GT-R. So bolstering that spectacular collection with the recently unveiled 467-hp 5.0-liter V8 Lexus RC F just seems, well, a little tame. Nevertheless, here it is, complete with green and white police livery and a roof-mounted light bar.
Like the rest of the cars in the motor pool, the RC F will be used to patrol popular tourist hot spots in order to promote Dubai, as opposed to chasing after speeding supercars.
