According to Autos Segredos, Fiat Brazil is expecting to sell 6,000 units of their entry-level Fiat Mobi per month, following its launch in April.

Mobi replaces the Fiat Uno Vivace, and is a key rival to the upcoming Renault Kwid.

The Fiat Mobi is available in six trims: Easy, Easy On, Like, Like On, Way and Way On. The top-end Way features rugged accessories like bumper guards, flared fenders and roof rails, while the Way On trim level adds a unique set of 14-inch alloy wheels to the package. Apparently, 35% of the demand is expected from the Mobi Way and Way On variants.

As for equipment, it is available with ABS + EBD, dual airbags, foglamps, dual tone fabric upholstery, multifunction steering wheel, audio system, electrically adjustable ORVMs with turn signals, height adjustments for driver seat, parking sensors and rear windshield wiper.

Under the hood is a 1.0-litre four-cylinder flex-fuel engine that produces 77 hp (petrol)/75 hp (ethanol) and 93 Nm (petrol)/97 Nm (ethanol) of torque. Power is sent to the wheels via a standard 5-speed manual transmission.
