Fly-Over of Caudan Users Irritated by Bus Routes Change
Buses of the National Company of Transport (NTC) have difficulty accessing the center of Port Louis after the commissioning of the exchanger Caudan. They must get off near the Bank of Mauritius.

The fly-over interchange of Caudan does not please everyone. Indeed, the buses of the National Company of Transport (NTC) service were forced to change their route. Instead of stopping in front of the building of Air Mauritius, the drivers of these buses must be off their passengers near the Bank of Mauritius or the Gare du Nord. Some passengers traveling to Port Louis Wednesday had the unpleasant surprise of having to walk to downtown.

Initially, the buses of the NTC from the South must take the motorway and go directly to Round Caudan to head in front of building straw-in-Queue. However, buses are forced to use the new flyover and head towards the Gare du Nord or the street Sir William Newton.

"Since Tuesday, we find it hard to come early. Traffic is certainly smoother on the highway, but we have to walk more , "says one employee of an appliance store.

Aware of these shortcomings, the National Company of Transport (NTC) has made arrangements for access to the city center using the flyover Bell-Village.
