Fuel Theft: A Policeman In The Crosshairs Of CCID
Since the beginning of the week no less than twenty police officers were interviewed by the CCID. And this morning, another officer of the Central Division has undergone a grilling in an investigation into the theft of diesel.

This has put a flea in the ear of the authorities: in one day, a police vehicle Vacoas was full of fuel twice. The suspicion fell on a flight from diesel after a collusion between police officers and attendants. And the case was assigned to the Central Criminal Investigation Department (CCID).
Thus, since the beginning of the week, not less than twenty police officers were interviewed as part of this case. And today, Friday, August 30, another officer of the Central Division was asked by the CCID. It still peels the file before proceeding eventually to the arrest of the man who was driving the vehicle in question and the attendant of the gas station.
In fact, this vehicle was in the garage of the police and could well be on the service station to refuel.
This is what has put this matter to light after an audit. Another anomaly: a motorcycle that was not used to, as evidenced by a receipt submitted to the authorities, fueling. And this practice was repeated no less than 20 times. Amount of fraud: Rs 50,000.
