Living in desert regions is a constant challenge to keep ones car clean. It can often require maintenance several times a week and still the car can get dirty in mere hours. Many people just give up and deal with owning a dirty car. Raphael Veisov, from Baku, Azerbaijan, couldn't be more pleased. He uses people's dirty cars as his art canvas. His works have considerably less shelf life than a painting, and he likely doesn't make much if any by doing it. Then again, he really isn't dishing out much for supplies either and it looks cooler than the car being cleaned.
