Honda Fit Twist Crossover Debuts At Sao Paulo Motor Show
After Hyundai HB20X crossover, Honda has given the Fit (locally called the Honda Jazz) a rough-road package to create the Honda Fit Twist crossover- the first Honda vehicle exclusively for the Brazilian market.

Like the HB20X, the Honda Fit Twist is also a faux off-roader with power going to the front wheels only. But unlike the HB20X, Honda has not tinkered with the ride height or the suspension settings of the Fit

Honda Fit Twist design features

  • Restyled front grille
  • Plastic cladding on the front and rear bumpers
  • Plastic cladding on the wheel arches and side sills
  • Matte aluminum finish for the protective guards
  • Mirror caps
  • Taller roof bars
  • 16-inch alloy wheels
  • Dark headlamps
  • Crystal clear taillamp fixtures

Honda Fit Twist interior features

  • New upholstery
  • Waterproof floor carpet in the boot area
  • Chrome accents on the dashboard, air vents and handbrake

The Honda Fit Twist will get a 1.5-liter flex-fuel engine generating 116hp on ethanol and 115hp on petrol, mated to a manual or an automatic gearbox.

The new Honda Fit Twist crossover will go on sale in Brazil at the end of October with a starting price of USD 28,600.

Sadly, the Honda Fit Twist has been conceived purely with the Brazilian market in mind and Honda has no plans to introduce it anywhere else in the world.
