It was revealed in the metal at SEMA, and now Honda has officially launched the facelifted Civic and Civic Coupe. Priced from $18,190 and $18,390 respectively, the revamped models come with a new continuously variable transmission that promises “quicker and smoother acceleration.” The CVT also helps with the Civics impressive economy figures of 30/39 mpg city/highway and 33 mpg on the combined cycle.
As we saw in Vegas, the coupe received new bumpers, a revised grille and new front fenders as well as revised mirrors and updated lights all round. The sedan is unchanged. On the connectivity front, the Civic gets a new Honda Display Audio system with HondaLink tech, a 7-inch touchscreen display, Siri Eyes Free Integration and an all-new HondaLink platform that runs new apps providing info from GPS navigation to local weather updates.
