Honda V4 superbike design sketch revealed
New design images of the Honda’s upcoming V4 superbike have been revealed by MoreBikes. The motorcycle can be expected to be positioned between the Fireblade and the Honda RC 213V-S.

Honda's V4 superbike has a new exhaust layout is unlike what is seen in most Honda motorcycles. The pipes go around the cylinders and combine to a single low side mounted canister. The pipes move behind the footrest on the right side of the bike.

The powertrain will be a stressed member of the chassis. Honda's V4 superbike will get a single seat and the rear cowl gets air scoops which will be aimed to make the motorcycle aerodynamically efficient. The rear section also gets rear wings which will help in lending the motorcycle more downforce.

The new superbike will also be limited to a few units but it won't be as exclusive as the RC213V-S. The RC213V-S was a road going motorcycle based on their MotoGP championship winning bike.

The Honda V4 superbike can be expected to be showcased in 2018 as a 2019 model.
