This is Honda's New HR-V Crossover "Prototype"
The Vezel twin is for Europe only - for now.

Honda has just revealed a couple of teaser images of its upcoming European market HR-V crossover. The car is not only based on what is sold in Asia as the Vezel, but also looks nearly identical to it. It rides on the Honda Fit/Jazz platform and will be presented in Paris as a prototype, with a production – and presumably, an American market version – to follow suit very soon. It is expected to be offered in Europe with both gasoline and diesel engines, probably 1.5- and 1.6-liter units.

The HR-V enjoys a centrally-located fuel tank, allowing for a "wide range of seating configurations, with the ability to fold the second row seats completely flat for added cargo space." The HR-V will go on sale early next year, and is expected to hit American shores further down the line.
