Maruti Suzuki releases first image of India spec Swift

Maruti has posted the first official image of the new Swift on its Facebook page. The new Swift gets all new interiors, similar exteriors and retains the same powertrains.

The new Swift, in its third generation, with bigger headlamps, has 50mm additional wheelbase and is manufactured in Hungary since June 2010.

August 17 will be the judgment day for Maruti Suzuki India as it will launch the most eagerly awaited hatchback of 2011 – The new Swift.
