Mercedes-Benz confirms second shooting brake model
Wagon enthusiasts, rejoice. Late last year, Mercedes-Benz confirmed that its curvy CLS Shooting Brake concept (pictured) had been approved for production, and now, Automotive News reports that a smaller version is in the works, as well.

Like the standard four-door CLC, the shooting brake will be offered with a range of direct-injected, four-cylinder engines (likely with turbochargers), and will be available in both front- and all-wheel drive. Makes sense, since the larger CLS five-door will use the same powertrains from the CLS-Class sedan it is based off of, including the delicious CLS63 AMGversion.
