Next-gen Honda Jazz (Honda Fit) imagined - Rendering
Honda will introduce an all-new Jazz (Honda Fit) later this decade.

Japan's Best Car magazine has created a speculative rendering of the next-gen Honda Jazz. The third generation Honda Jazz was unveiled in 2013. It received a facelift in mid-2017. The car illustrated here is the fourth generation of the Japanese supermini.

The rendering of the next-gen Honda Jazz is purely speculative. The rendered next-gen Honda Jazz sports a front-end featuring the latest Honda design language that was introduced with the (tenth-gen) Honda Civic and later adopted by bigger and more advanced models like the Honda Clarity and (tenth-gen) Honda Accord.

Wing-shaped, ultra-thin LED headlights, signature chrome wing grille that covers the entire width, prominent hood lines, slimmer radiator grille, rectangular lower air intake and a redesigned bumper are some of the main design details visible at the front.

From the sides, the rendered fourth-gen Honda Jazz looks better proportioned and sportier than the current model. It has a four-part greenhouse with a European 5-seat mini-MPV profile. The sculpting on the body panels, especially around the rear wheels, makes the car look very sporty. A character line starting from above the front fender rises gently while going back all the way to merge into the tail lamps.

The fourth-gen Honda Jazz will likely ride on an upgraded version of the current model's platform. Honda is expected to offer it with its staple small capacity i-VTEC naturally aspirated petrol engines and even the Sport Hybrid i-DCD hybrid powertrain. Also, the company could introduce its 1.0-litre VTEC Turbo turbocharged petrol engine in developed markets. Moreover, Japanese media recently reported that a pure electric powertrain is also planned.
