The 2016 LA Auto Show is just around the corner, and so the first reveals are starting to emerge.

In this round, there's the restyled Nissan Versa Note, which ditches a somewhat anonymous front fascia for a version of the corporate look proliferating the lineup. Plus, there are a couple new exterior colors, and the sportier rear fascia once reserved for the SR model is now standard on more trim levels. Mechanically, the new Note is unchanged.

The Juke also gets some new duds, but not a restyling. Just 1,000 of these Black Pearl Editions will be sold (and if you're in Canada, don't fret – 250 will be reserved for you). The package itself costs $1,190, and that buys you an SV-trim Juke with an interesting black paint job with white accents, such as bumpers, mirrors, and headlight trim rings. There is, of course, a special edition badge. Inside, there are black cloth seats with white stitching and inserts, a white center console, and white steering wheel stitching. The 1.6-liter turbocharged inline-four is standard, and the CVT is the only transmission available.
