Opel Is Launching Three New Models On The Mauritius Roads
The Corsa, Astra and Meriva were officially launched on Thursday 24 November by the CFAO. The opportunity for Mauritians to discover the latest models of German car brand Opel.

The CFAO Group, a subsidiary of Eldomotors, unveiled on Thursday 24 November, three new models in the German automobile brand, Opel. The Corsa, Astra and Meriva already required as a direct competitor in the auto market with reliability, innovation and beauty.

"After many years of absence, the CFAO Group, through its subsidiary Eldomotors, held that a mark as Opel could continue to be absent from the car market Mauritius," said Paulo Fernandes, CEO of Eldomotors In his speech on the occasion of the launch at Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius.

He said the return of Opel demonstrates the group's ambition to offer a CAM ever-expanding range of quality vehicles that meet customer needs. "With this in mind that Opel offers a range of sedans, high definition, featuring an engine low-carbon, in line with government policy to promote eco-friendly vehicles," he added.

Over the past two years, CFAO has grown 100% of vehicle sales. "We will surpass the 1,000 vehicles in 2011," said Paulo Fernandes.

The Opel Corsa is available at Rs 725,000, Rs 1.1 million Astra and Meriva to Rs 1.04 million. The latest model Opel - Insignia - to be launched in Mauritius in February 2012.
