Peugeot Reveals Dream Team Livery for Dakar Rally
Mini has won the Dakar Rally four years in a row, dominating the last two: it placed first, third, fourth, and fifth this year, and scored a 1-2-3 in 2014. The Peugeot DKR crossed the line in 11th this year, and development on an improved model began almost immediately.

Team Peugeot Total revealed that new competitor in September and announced not long after that Sébastien Loeb would join the three-man team of Stéphane Peterhansel, Cyril Despres and Carlos Sainz. Now it's showing off the livery fans will see in person on January 2 in Argentina.

Its "aggressively feline" shape gets a silver roof for the 2016 edition to help shield the cabin from temperatures that can reach 122 degrees. The team will hope that the chrome-effect grille and lion badge will shine their light on the finish line ahead of anyone else.

The 38th edition of the rally covers close to 6,000 miles through Argentina and Bolivia. It starts in Buenos Aires and ends two weeks later in Rosario on January 14
