The move was announced on Wednesday by Director Xavier Duchemin and will complete a process started in 2012, when Peugeot sold its previous headquarters. The company's subsidiary, Citroën, is also set to close its headquarters facility in the northern section of the city, Reuters reports. PSA is following in the lead of Renault, which is headquartered in the western suburb of Boulogne-Billancourt.
The relocation is partially down to PSA's rescue at the hands of China's Dongfeng and the French government, each of which took a 15-percent stake in the long-struggling company last year.
