Salesman Weeps as Test Driver Crashes Porsche 911 GT3
If you take a 911 GT3 out for a test drive, make sure to get insurance first.
The Porsche 911 is a car most competent drivers can handle. The hardcore GT3 variant, however, is not. That’s something a test driver found out the hard way in Johannesburg, South Africa, last weekend. According to witnesses the driver hit a bump in the road at high speed and ended up spinning into a palisade fence. Damage to the rear was pretty severe to the utter despair of the Porsche salesman who was riding shotgun at the time. A fight over who was liable for the damage presumably ensued.
